Sports Nutrition at NuActive Health
At NuActive Health we specialise in giving sports nutrition advice to athletes, no matter the age, gender, sport or level.
All our dietitians have done additional training in Sports Nutrition and vastly experienced to deal with any athletic nutritional problem. All Dietitians also have additional training in anthropometry to provide high level accuracy in their skinfold, girth and all sports anthropometrical analysis in a professional and efficient way.
NuActive Health has provided sports nutrition services to wide range of athletes and major sporting organisations. Including Golf Australia, NRL teams, National Ice Hockey, NSW Swimming, NSW Men’s and Women’s Cricket, Tennis Australia and the Royal Australian Navy clearance divers, . NuActive health has worked with sports including martial arts, gymnastics, dance, football (National and junior rugby league, Rugby Union and soccer) surf life saving, swimming, tennis, cricket, disabled athletes, senior athletes, referees and personal trainers,

Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist
Joanne Turner is both an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, with a Master of Science degree in nutrition, dietetics and exercise rehabilitation, from the University of Wollongong. For more information about Joanne Turner visit www.joanneturner.com.au
Joanne has completed additional training in sports nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport and has worked with national and state sporting teams, as well as some of Australia’s top athletes. Joanne is the official dietitian to the Parramatta Eels NRL, Golf NSW, and a NSW Institute of Sport Accredited Nutrition Service Provider.
