We are priviledged here are NuActive Health to have an amazing gym facility and the Empowered Healthcare team to run our Pilates sessions. They are run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has extensive training in the Pilates method and injury rehabilitation. 

There will be a mixture of traditional clinical pilates based exercises using the mat, as well as general exercises completed on a variety of other equipment to challenge, offer support and allow for a variety of different strengths and abilities. 

Our Group Pilates sessions can be claimed on private health insurance as these classes are run by an Exercise Physiologist.
